Dynamic purchasing system: Legal Services DPS for Legal Services and Advice Description: Vågan Municipality has a broad spectrum of cases of both a public and private character. From experience, there is a need to supplement our competence with external legal services for both public and private cases. The contracting authority's need mainly lies within the following legal areas; family law, child welfare, company/merger law, tender contests and advice, tax and duty law, and restructuring in the public sector. The contract will apply to all types of advice and process assignments. There can be both minor assignments and major complex assignments. Process assignments are included in the procurement.
