Product License Onboarding Elearning Providers For Elearning Development And Authoring For Integrated Government Online Training (Igot) Program. The Overall Aim Is To Identify And Onboard E-Learning Firms To Design And Develop E-Learning Topics For The Department Of Personnel & Training. The Content Must Be Delivered To Meet Specific Technical Requirements To Ensure Compatibility With Dopt Systems. Technology Provider/Software Development Agency For Integrating And Enhancing Igot 2.0 Platform. The Vendor Will Provide Technology Architecture For Micro Functional Services. Each Functional Service Will Be Small, Atomic, And Complete In Its Conceptualization. Igot Architectural Design Will Be Resilient, Flexible And Agile. Technology Vendor For End To End Operations And Service Management Of Igot 2.0 Platform. The Vendor Will Provide Complete Support For End To End Operations And Service Management Of Igot 2.0 Platform. Selection Of Vendors For Development And Operationalization Of Framework Of Roles, Activities And Competencies (Frac). Dopt, Through The Frac Coe, Will Empanel Specialist Hr Consulting Agencies To Assist On The Fracs Definition And Operationalization. Consultancy Services Relating To Project
