Lift Maintenance ServicesContract for Operation and Maintenance of Lifts for Properties in stfold and FolloDescription The general objective of this agreement is to ensure operational stability through preventative work on our lifts i e the shortest possible downtime and fewest possible stoppages The contract applies for the lifts listed in 2 1 lift overview Installations may be added or removed from the contract during the contract period New installations that join the contract will have the same conditions and be priced equally to the comparable lift installations that are already priced in the contract The portfolio consists of approx 24 lifting devices from various manufacturers and types of lifts the lifts were primarily delivered in the period 1973 to 2019 It is assumed that the lift contractor has the necessary competence and access to spare parts to perform servicing and repairs in a satisfactory manner Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate Date 29 06 2020 Local time 12 00
