General Consultant For Ifc Global Covid 19 Response ProgramAssignment DescriptionThe Program Will Consist Of Multiple Projects With Individual National Or Provincial Governments In South Asia Ifc Will Provide Capacity Building Support And Advice To Governments To Effectively Engage Private Sector In Areas Such As Enhancing Covid 19 Testing Services Increasing Availability Of Critical Care And Other Type Of Hospital Beds And Isolation Facilities To Treat Covid 19 Patients Etc The Support Will Be In The Form Of Developing Thought Documents Recommending Private Sector Engagement Models Drafting Model Contracts And Procurement Agreements And Short Term Contracts Developing Technical Specifications And Guidelines And Support In Developing An Effective Payment And Tariff Framework For Engaging The Private Sector Other Areas May Be Added Based On Discussions Between The Government And The Ifc Ifc Will Not Directly Support Tendering Of The Projects Developed Under This Support This Is For A General Consultant For The Project The General Consultant Will Be Responsible For Conducting Primary And Secondary Research Developing Reports And Specifications Within The Ambit Of Their Work Assisting In Researching The Latest Trends In Covid 19 Pandemic Globally Providing Advise On Developing A Strategy To Reopen Commercial Activities For Client Governments Post Lockdown Advise On Developing Mis Dashboard And Information Technology Framework And Other Tasks As Envisaged In The Tor
