Quotation are invited for Printing of DACAAR Hygiene Education Publications for DACAAR Program 1 Notebook ANNEX II No 9 7292 Poster ANNEX II No 9 7293 Booklet ANNEX II No 9 7294 Pen ANNEX II No 9 729DACAAR invites interested vendors companies to submit their sealed offers for Supply Printing of Hygiene Education Publications mentioned in ANNEX I for DACAAR Program in Faryab Province The offers must reach to DACAAR Main Office Logistics Unit located in Street No 12 Taimani Project Qala e Fathullah Kabul Province till 4 00pm June 06 2020 The bid opening session will be held in June 08 2020 at 10 30am in DACAAR Main Office Kabul Province and the winner of the biding will be notified shortly after the bid opening session Terms and Conditions for Participation Bid Winner1 DACAAR will provide soft designs of all items stated in this RFQ therefore designing cost must not be included in the offer Please use Annex I Budget Breakdown for offer 2 The bid winner must deposit 10 amount of total contract value to DACAAR bank account as Contract Performance Guarantee before signing the genuine contract and the mentioned amount is refundable after successful completion of the contract 3 Payment will be carried out within 15 official days after checking and complete delivery 4 During contract period the materials shall be printed delivered to DACAAR within deadline mentioned in delivery plan of Annex III 5 Prices should be given in Afghanis AFN including all duties transport cost plus loading unloading Offers without sign and stamp will not be accepted 6 2 Tax will be applicable on the companies that have valid business license and 7 Tax will be applicable on the companies that have invalid business license or on the individuals who do not have business license will be deducted from the contractor as a withholding tax and DACAAR will pay that amount to Ministry of Finance the amount starts from 1 AFN 7 DACAAR will check quality of printed items In case of poor print quality or not conforming to the specifications DACAAR reserves the right to reject the printed materials 8 In case of delay without any logical reasons in delivery of items 0 5 of total cost of undelivered items will be charged as a penalty for each day of delay 9 Specifications of printing material size color and text shall be according to DACAAR s technical specifications in Annex II 10 DACAAR will approve the quality of a draft printing of each of the below specified materials before printing Accordingly a draft of each item for proofreading and quality approval will be shown to the DACAAR representative for each individual confirmed order in Annex I On that occasion the DACAAR representative will do the final checking after which the printing process will begin 11 DACAAR will not be responsible for any changes occurred during the contract such as increment in custom duties exchange rate and etc 12 Quotations must be valid for 60 working days 13 Award of contract will be based on the quality price capacity potentiality of bidder which will be decided after evaluation of the company it is the right of DACAAR to make the decision of awarding contract either for the whole lot based on total value or for individual items based on price per item 14 DACAAR Logistics Unit adheres to National and International laws on child labour DACAAR makes sure all its suppliers and vendor abide by such laws preventing child labour in all DACAAR activities countrywide 15 The Humanitarian Organizations HO may conduct on site visit in the contractor s premises or may take similar measures to ensure compliance 16 The winner supplier is supposed to deliver the contracted materials without any changes till end of the contract For more details please visit DACAAR Logistics Unit Main Office Kabul Sunday through Thursday from 8 00am to 03 00pm Or contact on below Email Address jamal dacaar org or faizullah dacaar orgSincerely Yours Manager Logistics UnitDate May 20 2020
