Request for Expression of Interest for Hiring Facilitating Partner Fp Urban Ccap Second Additional Financing Expansion CharikharThe Roles and Responsibilities of the ConsultantIn this package the FP is required to handle both the SOFT and HARD components of the urban CCAP facilitation process The facilitation of the SOFT components include community mobilization and profiling CDC eleec faions PLA tools and CDP preparations Gozar formations and GA elections GA DP preparations CDC and GA sub committees form ions trainings for CDCs GAs sub committees bank account openings Institutional maturity index baseline and end line forCDCs G As social audits and community participatory monitoring CPM and score cards The HARD component facilitation include trainings mentoring technical assistance monitoring and reporting on the community and gozar use of the CCAP grants for approved subprojects The FP will be responsible for sub project proposal preparations and approval review processing for the full CCAP block grant amounts of the communities and gozars covered under this package and technical assistance control quali ty assurance trainings monitoring and reporting for the use of the CCAP grants including procurement accounting project management operations and maintenance environmental and social safeguards
