Tenders are invited for Procurement of Goods for Supply of Vegetable Processing Equipment Bid Security shall be Afghani 160 000 00Requirements not included in the text below shall not be used in the evaluation of the Bidder s qualifications a Financial CapabilityThe Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement s Bidders shall include a letter from a reputable bank indicating their financial status which will indicate their ability to perform the contract of the magnitude equivalent to the quoted price Alternatively the bidder may attach bank statement from the date of advertisement to date of bid opening which should have enough credit balance equivalent to the quoted price in any date of mentioned periodNote If the bidder wishes to qualify for award of the contract for more than one lot then the bidder must demonstrate having required financial capacity to meet the aggregate criteria b Experience and Technical CapacityThe Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement s Bidders must provide evidence of having completed at least one verifiable similar prime contract with the cost of equal or more than the quoted price within the period of last five years
