Conduct Of An Airported Geophysical Campaign By Combined Methods Magnetometry And Radiometry U Th K In Togo Contract For The Realization Of An Airborne Geophysical Campaign By Combined Methods Magnetometry And Radiometry U Th K In Togo 2 The Services Expected From The Consulting Firm Concern Activity 1 Preparations For Geophysical Campaigns The Tenderer Will Submit As Part Of His Technical Offer A Report Which Will Cover The Following Aspects Of Aeronautical Safety I The Preliminary Flight Plan With The Processing Of Aeronautical Safety Measures Within The Company Ii The Person Responsible For Aeronautical Safety In Togo And His Qualifications Iii Statistics Of Accidents And Incidents Occurring In The Last Five 05 Years Their Nature And Consequences On The Survey The Tenderer Is Also Invited To Provide Any Other Information Relating To Civil Aviation Aeronautical Fees And Prohibited Areas In Togo The Preparation Of Geophysical Surveys Throughout The Territory Should Be Initiated As Soon As Possible After The Signing Of The Contract Given The Geographical Location Of The Territory Two Flight Campaigns Will Probably Be Planned To Make The Most Of The Dry Seasons Preparations Should Be Made To Identify Potential Sites Aerodromes To Build Base Camps For Teams Logistical Equipment And To Set Up Identified Local Support Teams Etc During This Same Period Steps Should Be Taken To Obtain All The Required Permits Or Authorizations Activity 2 Final Flight Plan And Mobilization And Demobilization Of Planes And Geophysical Equipment And Establishment Of The Team At This Stage The Consultant Will Examine The Options Of 1 Putting The Two Items Of Equipment On The Same Plane With The Same Flight Characteristics Or 2 Selecting Other Height Parameters Range For Each Of The Two Methods This Selection Must Be Clearly Mentioned In The Technical Proposal Activity 3 Execution Of Airborne Measurements By Magnetism And Gamma Ray Spectrometry Followed By Data Preprocessing Activity 4 Ground Control Of Targeted Critical Areas Development Of Quality Control Throughout The Works Activity 5 Final Processing With All Corrections Of Magnetic And Spectrometric Data Final Verification Of Product Quality And Standardization Activity 6 Preliminary Interpretation Of The Geology And Tectonics Of All The Acquired Data And Using Interim Products Which Have Been Prepared From The Final Processed Geophysical Data Activity 7 Finalization Of Work Including Preliminary Geological Interpretations And Mineral Indices From Existing Data In Togo Production Of Gis Cartographic Deliverables And Supply Of Final And Verified Geo Data Base With Regard To The Quality Of Interpretations Preparation Of Final Reports And Reproduction Of Geophysical Maps And Maps Of Preliminary Geological Interpretation Including File Formatting Of Data Grids And Standardized Maps The Overall Duration Of The Assignment Is Estimated At Approximately Twelve 12 Months From The Date Of Notification Of The Approved Contract 3 The Pdu Of The Pdgm Ministry Of Mines And Energy Now Invites Eligible Consultants To Express Their Interest In Providing The Services Described Above
