Young People Will Usually Be Aged 16 And 17 Years Old On Admission And Will Be Preparing To Leave Care, Care Leavers Or ...To Become Eligible To Bid To Provide The Individual Service To The Young People. This Opportunity Is Divided Into 5 Lots, Which Are:O Group Livingo Supported Tenancy With Floating Supporto Transferable Supported Tenancy And Floating Supporto Floating Supporto Short Stay (Up To 7 Nights) More...
