Request For Expression Of Interest For Enhancing Aviation Sector Development CapacityThe Objective Of The Assignment Is To I Examine Aviation Capacity In Bhutan In Line With Economic Development Tourism Strategic And Emergency Needs Ii Assess Existing Airports At Bumthang Gelephu Paro And Yonphula In Terms Of Existing Capacity Potential For Improvement And Potential To Act As An Alternative Aviation Node To Paro Iii Prepare An Aviation Strategy For Bhutan In Line With Governments Plans And Covering Short 5 7 Years Medium 10 Years And Long Term 20 Years Needs And Iv To Build Capacity In The Department Of Air Transport And Respective Stakeholders For Planning And Designing An Upgraded Airport At An Alternative Location Gelephu And Conducting Required Planning And Design Studies For Such Airport
