Request For Proposals Are Invited For Upgrade Of The Matsapha Revenue OfficeThe Scope Of Work For This Project Is Contained In The Eec Drawing No Z50 153 And The Schedule Of Works Will Be As Follows Engage The Services Of A Quantity Surveyor For The Bill Of Quantities Using The Eec Drawing Sppra Advertising Invitation Of Interior Designing Contractors To Tender For The Refurbishment Works The Eswatini Electricity Company Limited Eec Customer Services Division Has Embarked On A Quality Service Strategy That Will Include The Conversion Of Its Revenue Offices Into One Stop Service Centres The Aim Of This Project Is To Consolidate All Relevant Eec Services Into One Service Centre It Will Also Improve The Ambiance Of These Centres The Overall Project Is Being Rolled Out In Phases And The Priority Is To Start With The Bigger Revenue Offices The Service Centres That Have Been Converted To Date Are The Mbabane Corporate Place Manzini Regional Offices And Nhlangano Service Centre As Well As Siteki Service Centre The Remaining Revenue Offices To Be Upgraded To Service Centres Are Matsapha Malkernz Big Bend And PiggS Peak Revenue Offices This Proposal Is Seeking To Upgrade The Matsapha Revenue Office Which Is Located At Mahhala Complex In Matsapha And Is Currently Responsible For Over 22 000 Customers Around Matsapha The Plan Is To Bring The Revenue Section And Commercial Offices Into One Service Area The Customer Numbers At This Revenue Office Are Forever Increasing Because Of The Rural Electrification Project And This Has Necessitated The Need To Redesign It To Allow More Efficient Flow Of Customers The Project Will Also Ensure That The Matsapha Revenue Ambience Is Similar To That Of Other Completed Service Centres
