Workforce Ta At The General Secondary And Preschool Levels And B Develop Tools And Guidelines For Collecting Data For Estimating Identified Indicators For Qa And TaBackground There Is Widespread Recognition That Evaluation And Assessment Arrangements Are Key To Both Improvement And Accountability In School Systems This Is Reflected In Their Increasing Importance In National Education Agendas Many Countries Are At Different Stages Of Reforming Education Qa Ranging From A General Introduction Of Quality Assurance Mechanisms To The Introduction Of Specific Measures And The Adoption Of National Frameworks Quality Assurance Involves The Systematic Review Of Educational Programmes And Processes To Maintain And Improve Their Quality Equity And Efficiency While The Design Of Quality Assurance Mechanisms Tools Processes And Actors Varies Across National Contexts Their Common Objective Is To Improve Teaching And Learning With The Ultimate Goal To Support The Best Outcomes For Learners In Uzbekistans Ongoing Reform Agenda In Education Sector Improving Quality Of Education Service Provision Assumes An Important Position In 2017 The Government Of Uzbekistan Created The State Inspection For Supervision Of Education Quality Siseq Under The Cabinet Of Ministers To Address Education Quality Issues Including The Development Of Quality Evaluation And Assurance Mechanisms Among The Main Tasks Of Siseq Are Implementation Of The State Policy In The Field Of Supervision Of Quality Of Education Process Teaching Workforce In Service Training And Re Training Assignment Of Qualification Categories To Teaching Staff In The Past Couple Of Years Siseq Has Implemented Several Important Measures To Generate Data On Education System Performance And To Reform Qa At School Level And Transform Teacher Appraisal Mechanisms In Particular New Procedures Of Attestation And Accreditation Of State And Non State Education Institutions Have Been Approved That Introduce Macro Level Domains And New Areas For School Self Evaluation And External Quality Review Together With The Ministry Of Public Education Mope And Ministry Of Preschool Education Mopse Siseq Have Drafted A New Qualification Framework And Teacher Professional Standards With Technical Support From Unicef In Order To Support The Ongoing Reforms Unicef Proposes To Support Siseq On The Following Areas A
