Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Iisrprc Including Supply And Installation Of Hardware Software Development Of Integrated Information System For Real Property Registration And Cadastre Iisrprc The Project Implementation Unit Piu Of State Committee Of The Republic Of Uzbekistan For Land Resources Geodesy Cartography And State Cadastre Serves As The Implementing Agency For The Project And Now Invites Sealed Bids For Implementation Of Iisrprc Including Supply And Installation Of Hardware Software From Eligible Bidders The Component Of Mrprc Will Support The Incremental Development And Roll Out Of Iisrprc Including The Development Of Iisrprc S Infrastructure And Improved Operational Environment Procedures Service Standards And Applications Initially The Component Will Facilitate A Business Process And Performance Standard Review And Reform Of Gkzgdk S Real Property Registration And Cadastre Work Based On This The Component Will Support The Phased Development And Incremental Operationalization Of A Modern Web Based Iisrprc With Advanced Performance And Functionalities One Stop Shop Client Interface And Integrated Cadastre Map Solutions The Objective Of This Component Is To Develop A Modern Web Based Ict Solution For Iisrprc Of International Best Practice The Component Will Also Support Phased Development Of A Unified Centralized Nationwide System For Integration With A New Egovernment One Stop Shop Network Hosted By The Ministry Of Justice Basic Real Property Registry And Cadastre Transaction Processes Are The Immediate Priorities For Urgent Application And The System Functionality May Be Incrementally Increased Thereafter Iisrprc Will Be Designed For The Re Engineered Work Processes And Based On The New Data Model The Data Model Will Be Compliant With The Land Administration Domain Model Ladm A Fit For Purpose Solution Will Be Sought Taking Into Consideration The Sophistication Of Facilitated Services Volume Of Operations Currently 1 800 000 Transactions A Year Open Source Software Components And Packages Are Recommended To Serve As The System Core Technological Building Blocks With A Key Requirement To The Software System Vendors To Provide Full Source Code Of The Solution And Ensure Knowledge Transfer To The Local Technical Group Enabling Local On Site System Ongoing Maintenance And Further Customization And Development There Are Two Phases Which Shall Be Bid Separately The Contract Shall Be Awarded For The Phase 1 Only Contract Award For Phase 2 Implementation Is Subject To Satisfactory Performance Of The Phase 1 The Summary Of All Tasks Required From The Supplier For Phase 1 1 Iisrprc Implementation Of The Core Work Processes Development Of Etl Methodology Data Migration Commissioning And Operationalization In Selected Regional Offices 2 Data Center Supply Installation And Operationalization 3 Equip 14 Oblast Rights Registration And Cadastral Data Processing Offices The Summary Of All Tasks Required From The Supplier For Phase 2 Implementation Of Iisrprc 2Nd Phase System Completion Commissioning And National Roll Out Integration Of Iisrprc With Ngis And Egovernment Equip 200 District Cadastral Offices Prices For The Phase 2 Shall Be Quoted For Evaluation Purposes Only And They Will Form The Basis For Agreement On The Contract Price For Phase 2 If And When Decided
