Case Management Systems To All 14 Benadir District Courts Background In 2018 With The Support Of The Un Joint Rule Of Law Programme A Case Management System Has Been Implemented At The Supreme Court Benadir Appeal Court And Benadir Regional Court The Case Management System Enabled The Courts To Streamline Core Functions For The Courts Including Enabling The Establishment Of A Mechanism For Capturing Tracking Processing And Reporting On Cases The System Also Have Contributed To Safeguarding The Integrity Of Court Case Records And Documents And Facilitated Up To Date Tracking And Gathering Of Information And Events Related To The Status And Progress Of Individual Cases Through The Case Management System The Leadership Of The Judiciary Fulfilled Its Responsibility Of Detecting
