Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Provision Of Consulting Services Firm Selection 1 Facilitation Of Strategy Planning Session For Noic And Its Subsidiary Companies Which Will In Total Be Three 3 Companies Comprising Of The Holding Company And Its Two 2 Subsidiaries 2 The Sessions Will Be Over A One Two Day Period For Each Company 3 Noic Will Be Responsible For Accommodation And Transport Costs For The Consultant 4 Please Note That It Shall Be In Noics Discretion To Select More Than One Bidder 5 Please Note That The Consultants Who Will Be Awarded The Contract Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Noi Which Will Allow Noic To Engage Them For Any Other Strategy Planning Sessions Within The Noic Group
