Request For Expressions Of Interest For Consultancy Services For The Improvement Of School Community Relations In Selected Schools And Communities The Ministry Of Education And Human Resource Development Moehrd The Executing Agency Through Its Project Management Unit Pmu Now Wishes To Procure Consultancy Services To Support The Transformation Of School Community Relationships The Objective Of The Consultancy Is Develop And Implement A Pilot Project For The Enhancement Of School Community Relationships In Four Selected School Communities The Objective Of This Activity Is To Assist Gogr In Improving The School Community Relations In Selected Schools And Communities Including A The Development Of A Framework For The Preparation And Implementation Of Gender Responsive School Community Partnerships And Action Plan Scpap And B The Development Of Customised Scpaps For Each School The Duration Of The Assignment Is Expected To Be For A Period Of 60 Person Days Over A Period Of Eighteen 18 Months Commencing July 2018 Moehrd Now Invites Interested Eligible Consulting Firms To Submit Expressions Of Interest For The Provision Of These Consultancy Services One 1 Hard Copy Of The Expression Of Interest And An Electronic Copy Must Be Received At The First Address Below No Later Than 3 00 P M On Friday April 20 2018 In Addition One Electronic Copy Must Be Sent Simultaneously To Cdb By Email At The Second Address Below The Sealed Envelope Containing Each Submission Should Indicate The Name And Address Of The Applicant And Shall Be Clearly Marked Expression Of Interest Consultancy Services For The Improvement Of School Community Relations In Selected Schools And Communities Following The Assessment Of Submissions A Short List Of Not Less Than Three And Not More Than Six Applicants Will Be Provided With Full Terms Of Reference And Invited To Submit Technical And Financial Proposals To Undertake The Assignment Gogr Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Late Applications Or To Cancel The Present Invitation Partially Or In Its Entirety It Will Not Be Bound To Assign Any Reason For Not Short Listing Any Applicant And Will Not Defray Any Costs Incurred By Any Applicant In The Preparation And Submission Of Expressions Of Interest
