Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas. The Purchase Of The Maintenance Services That Will Be Provided According To The Award Documentation In Its Entirety, Will Be Completed With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 4 (Four) Years. The Contracting Authority Will Issue At Least One Subsequent Contract Based On The Framework Agreement. The Authority Reserves The Right To Issue More Subsequent Contracts If Necessary. By Awarding The Framework Agreement With The Object Of Maintenance Services Of Green Spaces From The Municipality Of Cristian, Brațul County, The Beneficiary Aims To Ensure That The Following Activities/Maintenance Operations Of The Green Spaces Will Be Performed Lawfully By An Economic Operator Carrying Out The Activity. The Activities/Maintenance Operations Of The Green Spaces Are Described In Chapter Iii Of The Task Book, Which Is Part Of The Award Documentation. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of The Framework Agreement And The Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In The Document Annex 1 To The Specifications List Of Activities And Estimated Quantities.
