1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Temporary Services To The Ordering Party, Direct Physical Protection Of People And Property In Buildings Belonging To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Be Performed By Security Employees Who Are Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees Kept By The Commander-In-Chief Of The Police, Who Will Provide The Service Of 24-Hour, Direct Physical Protection Of Property Consisting Of The Buildings Indicated Below, Their Rooms, Items Located In These Rooms, Infrastructure Elements And People Located In The Buildings. The Physical Security Service Will Be Provided By The Contractors Security Staff In The Field Of Protection Of Property As Well As People In The Buildings And Will Consist In Particular In Securing The Buildings Against Burglary, Theft, Destruction Of Property And Actions Of Third Parties, As Well As In Situations Of Direct Threat, Including Fire, Flooding, Etc. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Implementing The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Current License Issued By The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration To Conduct Business In The Field Of Security Services. Persons And Property, In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property. The Ordering Party Stipulates That In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract, Each Contractor Who Will Perform Activities In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection Must Have The Concession In Question.3.The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Security Services For Persons And Property In The Buildings Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship In Gdańsk Located At Ul. Augustyńskiego 1, Ul. Augustyńskiego 2 And Ul. Okopowa 19, 21/27. Division Of The Order Would Cause Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order.
