Complex Of General Education Schools Named After Jan Kiliński In Mogielnica;● 1.1.2. Public Primary School No. 2 Named After 1St Marshal Of Poland Józef Piłsudski In Mogielnica;● 1.1.3. Complex Of The Public Primary School And Public Kindergarten In Michałowice;● 1.1.4. Public Primary School In Borowo;● 1.1.5. Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Mogielnica.1.2. The Ordering Party Will Conduct The Proceedings And Will Award The Order On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Above-Mentioned. Organizational Units.1.3. Banking Services Will Consist In Particular Of:● 1.3.1. Opening, Maintaining And Closing Primary And Auxiliary Accounts, Including Vat Accounts, Referred To In Art. 62A Of The Banking Law Act;● 1.3.2. Accepting Own And Third-Party Cash Payments;● 1.3.3. Making Cash Payments, Including Payments Of Social Assistance Benefits And Other Benefits To Natural Persons;● 1.3.4. Making Money Transfers To Accounts In The Servicing Bank And To Accounts In Other Banks;● 1.3.5. Preparing Paper Bank Statements On Each Business Day Following The Day On Which Operations Were Performed On The Account (Together With A Set Of Documents, I.E. Original Documents Or Duplicates), Provided That The Statements Will Be Forwarded To Persons Authorized To Receive Them By The Ordering Party;● 1.3.6. Providing Telephone Information On The Balance Of Funds And Account Turnover;● 1.3.7. Providing An Electronic Banking System;● 1.3.8. Issuing Bank Opinions And Certificates Regarding The Ordering Party;● 1.3.9. Investing Funds In Term Deposits;● 1.3.10. Granting A Loan In The Basic Account.
