The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Modernization Of The Fiber Optic Network Using The Existing Technical Sewage System Between The Buildings Of The Central School Of The State Fire Service In Częstochowa. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Connection Of The Fiber Optic Network Between The Main Server Room And The Backup Server Room; B) Construction Of A Telecommunications Duct System Between The H1 Building And The Gate At Ul. Kościelna;C) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Audio-Video Studio And The Treatment Room;D) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Main Server Room And Computer Room No. 213;E) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Main Server Room And The Alarm Point;F) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Main Server Room And The Manhole At The Old Jrg;G) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Main Server Room And The Alarm Point Auditorium;H) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Audio-Video Studio And The Storage Room;I) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between The Main Server Room And The Gym;J) Connection Of A Fiber-Optic Network Between Garage Hall No. The Main Server Room And The Transformer Station Manhole; M) Carrying Out The Necessary Measurements And As-Built Tests Of The Fiber Optic Connections Made And Providing Measurement And As-Built Documentation; N) Providing Free Service During The Warranty Period, Including The Required Inspections And Measurements. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. Before Signing The Contract, Requests The Presentation Of A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability (Contractual And Tortious) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 400,000.00 (Together With Confirmation Of Payment Of The Premium). 5. Due To The Lack Of The Need To Obtain Administrative Decisions In The Field Of Construction Works, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Provide A Construction Manager, Therefore Provisions In The Documentation Design Regarding The Construction Manager Should Be Applied To The Works Manager Appointed By The Contractor. 6. At The Stage Of Signing The Contract (Before Signing The Contract), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Offer Cost Estimate (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz). The Amount Of Remuneration Calculated In The Contractors Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Consistent With The Amount Of Remuneration Offered By The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With At Least 36-Month Uniform Warranty And Warranty For Defects On Construction Works Performed And Materials Used - Assessed Criterion. The Maximum Scoring Period Is 60 Months. Offering A Period Longer Than 60 Months Will Not Result In Awarding More Points.
