The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Activities For The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-To-Eat Meals In Catering Facilities Provided By The Contractor According To The Collection Of Recipes Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specifications. The Activities Under Each Of The Two Separate Positions Are Identical, Only The Territorial Boundaries Of The Service Provided Are Different, Which Are The Same Distributed According To The Microdistricts Designated In The Area, With The Aim Of Ensuring Higher Quality And Accessibility Of The Service For The Needy Persons. The Funds For The Social Service Are Determined According To Decision No. 250 Of The Municipal Council - Plovdiv, Taken With Protocol No. 11 Of 16.07.2026. For The Trakia Region - Plovdiv Municipality, It Is Determined That Up To 230 People Will Be Fed In The Diet Canteens In One Calendar Year. Given The Significant Size Of The Territory Of The Region And For The Convenience Of Users Wishing To Use The Social Service, It Is Appropriate That The Meals Are Carried Out In Several Places, Separated By Territorial Characteristics, Located On The Territory Of The Plovdiv Municipality - Trakia Region.The Social Service - Dietary Meals For The Needy Citizens In The Trakia Region Is Set For The Working Days Of The Calendar Year 2027 - Up To 249 Working Days. With Decision No. 250 Of The Municipal Council - Plovdiv, Taken With Protocol No. 11 Of 16.07.2026, The Amount Of The Overhead Expenses Per Person For One Meal, Which Are Provided By The Budget Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv For This Service, Is Also Approved, And It Is Set Within 1.28 Euros Incl. Vat Overhead Per Day. The Activities Of Providing The Service Will Be Carried Out Every Working Day Until 31.12.2027, Starting From The First Working Day Of 2027 Or From The Date Of Signing The Contract, If The Signing Date Is After The First Working Day Of 2027.
