The Municipality Of Öhningen (Hereinafter: Client) Has The Goal Of Providing High-Performance Access To Gigabit Networks Across The Board. The Client Also Aims To Strengthen Its Business Location And Ensure The Competitiveness Of Its Companies. Therefore, A Construction Contract For The Construction Of A Gigabit Network Should Be Concluded With A Construction Company. Tenders Have Already Been Successfully Held Regarding The Operation Of The Gigabit Network And The Planning Of The Gigabit Network. For This Purpose, The Client Submitted An Application For Funding As Part Of The Federal Funding Program For The Gigabit Expansion Of Telecommunications Networks In The Federal Republic Of Germany - Gigabit Directive 2.0 And Was Approved For Funding In A Provisional Amount. In Addition, The Client Has Applied For Co-Financing In Accordance With The Ministry Of The Interiors Administrative Regulations For Co-Financing The Federal Directive On Funding To Support The Gigabit Expansion Of Telecommunications Networks In The Federal Republic Of Germany (Vwv Gigabit Co-Financing) And Has Received Funding Approved In A Provisional Amount. The Award Is Subject To The Condition That The Corresponding Funding Is (Also) Granted In The Final Amount And That The Clients Own Contribution Is Made Available In Accordance With Budgetary Law.
