Construction And Fine Cleaning - Ve3331 The Subject Of The Tender Is Construction Cleaning Work As Part Of The Basic Repair Of The Listed Building Complex Museum Berggruen, Consisting Of The Stülerbau West (Head Building) And The Extension Building. The Services Include Rough, Initial And Fine Cleaning In Accordance With The Generally Accepted Rules For Building Cleaning. The Construction Cleaning Work Essentially Includes The Following Services: • Rough Cleaning Of The Interior And Exterior Areas During The Construction Period • Provision Of Dirt Control Mats And Disposal Containers • Disposal Of Construction And Cleaning Waste • Initial Cleaning Of Glazing, Doors, Floor Coverings And Built-In Parts • Cleaning Of Technical Systems And Installations (Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, Ventilation, Cooling, Elevator And Lifting Lift) • Fine Cleaning Of Windows, Glazing, Eyepieces, Doors, Railings And Other Construction Parts • Cleaning Of Selected Technical Rooms, Ventilation And Cooling Centers • Cleaning Of Exhibition, Sanitary, Traffic And Access Areas • Cleaning Of External Surfaces In The Immediate Building Area • Creation Of Cleaning Documentation Including Photo Documentation Areas To Be Worked On: • Stülerbau West (Basement To Attic) • Extension Building Including Connecting Corridor • Associated External And Access Areas Start And End Of Order Execution Start Of Execution: February 2027 End Of Execution: April 2028
