Construction Work – Enterprise Contract For The Execution Of Construction Work At Lyngerup Station And Ølstykkegaard Station -25/12717 - 23/03693. Tender With Negotiation Regarding The Acquisition Of Contract Contract For The Performance Of Construction And Institution Work On, Respectively. Station Lyngerup And Station Ølstykkegaard The Tender Is Divided Into The Following Sub-Contracts: • Sub-Contract 1: Construction Of 132 Kv Station Lyngerup, Terrain, Foundations, Ac Building, And Dismantling Of The Existing Station • Sub-Contract 2: Construction Of 132 Kv Station Ølstykkegaard With Terrain, Gis Building (2 – Floors, Technical Building, In-Situ/Element/Steel Assembly), And 2 Transformer Foundations. The Tender Is Divided Into Two Partial Agreements. The Applicant Must Apply For Pre-Qualification Together For Both Sub-Agreements, And Pre-Qualification Takes Place Together For Both Sub-Agreements. A Pre-Qualified Tenderer Must Submit A Tender For Both Partial Agreements. It Is Therefore Not Possible To Apply For Pre-Qualification Or Submit An Offer For Only One Partial Agreement. The Offers Are Evaluated Together Across The Two Partial Agreements. The Ordering Party Does Not Make A Separate Allocation Of The Partial Agreements. Both Partial Agreements Are Awarded To The Tenderer Whose Combined Offer For Both Partial Agreements Is Assessed As The Most Economically Advantageous Offer In Accordance With Section 4. Award Of Partial Agreement 1 Is Thus Conditional On The Simultaneous Award Of Partial Agreement 2 To The Same Tenderer And Vice Versa.
