A) Participation Competition It Is Planned To Allow A Maximum Of 15 Applicants For The Planning Competition. (Three Additional Participants Will Be Selected In Advance By The Organizer. The Client Only Provides For A Subsequent Request For Missing Explanations Or Evidence In Accordance With Section 56 Paragraph 2 Vgv If Fewer Than 15 Applicants Meet The Admission Requirements. For Legal Entities, The Technical Requirements Are Met If Their Statutory Business Purpose Includes Planning Services That Correspond To The Task At Hand And If The Authorized Representative Of The Legal Entity Meets The Technical Requirements That Are Placed On Natural Persons. Everyone Involved In A Team Must Meet The Exclusion Criteria Separately - However, Submitting A Joint Application To Participate Is Sufficient. The Eligibility Criteria Apply In Total. The Reference Objects Must Have Been Provided In The Applicants Company. The Reference Is Also Considered Fulfilled If The Service Was Provided As The Responsible Project Manager In Another Office. In This Case, A Written Confirmation From The Other Office Must Be Submitted Via The Responsible Project Management. Applicant/Working Groups Meet The Professional Requirements - At Least One Member - If The Authors Of The Competition Work Meet The Professional Requirements That Are Placed On Natural And Legal Persons. Participants Selected In The Competition Are Not Allowed To Participate In The Competition Other Than Those Named In The Application (Co-Authors). According To §51 Vgv, The Number Of Applicants For The Second Phase (Competition) Is Limited. For This Purpose, A Ranking Is Created Based On The Objective And Non-Discriminatory Eligibility Criteria Of The Application For Participation In The Form Of Points Achieved.
