1. Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of An Access Road At Ul. Błękitna In Sobin As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Construction Of Ul. Błękitna In Sobin Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Road Together With The Development Of A Road Lane With A Length Of Approx. 350 M. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Stage I: A) Development Of Two Concepts Of The Designed Road (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment Received During The Tender Procedure).2) Stage Ii: A) Conducting Consultations And Selection Of The Final Design Concept By The Ordering Party. 3) Stage Iii: A) Execution Of The Construction Design (To The Extent Necessary To Obtain The Right To Carry Out Construction Works) In Accordance With: - Design Guidelines Specified By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Conducting The Contract Award Procedure And The Final Design Concept Approved By The Ordering Party, - The Requirements Of This Contract, - Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Act Together With Its Implementing Acts, B) Preparation And Submission Of Application(S) For Issuing Decisions For All Parts/Stages Of The Investment. However, In The Event Of Withdrawal Or Suspension Of The Proceedings Without The Ordering Partys Consent, The Date Of Re-Submission Of The Application (Applications) To The District Office Is Deemed To Have Been Submitted. 4) Stage Iv: A) Preparation Of The Technical Design, B) Development Of Other Documents In This Scope Of The Contract, C) Obtaining For The Ordering Party The Right To Carry Out Construction Works For All Parts/Stages Of The Investment.
