The Planned Construction And Installation Works Include: Dismantling And Preparatory Works, Construction Of A Covering With Lt Sheet Metal, Grill Of Wooden Beams, Ulamas, Skylights, Etc.; Drainage Installation - Delivery And Installation Of Drainage Pipes, Gutters, Cisterns, Etc., Lightning Protection System, Waste Removal And Safety Measures.The Public Contract Covers Joint Awarding, As Contracting Parties Within The Meaning Of Art. 5, Para. 2, Item 16 Of The Zop Are The Managers Of Mbal - Karnobat Eood And Medical Center I - Karnobat Eood, Due To The Fact That The Two Companies Are Housed In A Common Building. Pursuant To The Joint Award Agreement Dated 23.10.2026 On The Basis Of Art. 8, Para. 2 Of The Zop, Each Of The Parties Is Responsible For Its Obligations Under The Zop.The Assignor Of This Public Procurement Is The Manager Of Mbal - Karnobat Eood, Representing Both Himself And The Manager Of Medical Center I - Karnobat Eood.When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, Based On Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Considered Before The Identity Documents And The Selection Criteria.
