Historical Monument Or Memorial Construction Work - Agreement - Work Framework For Repairs And Maintenance Of Public Monuments Under The Administration Of The Municipality Of Timișoara. Based On The Framework Agreement And The Subsequent Contracts That Will Be Concluded, Repair And Maintenance Works Will Be Carried Out On The Public Monuments Under The Administration Of The Municipality Of Timișoara, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Award Documentation. Before Starting The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Draw Up The Necessary Documentation To Obtain The Approval Of The Local/National Commission Of Historical Monuments (Including Expertise, Historical Studies, Technical Project And Any Other Documents Requested By The Approvers), As Well As Obtaining This Approval; The Maintenance, Preventive Conservation, Current Repairs, Emergency Interventions And Minor Restoration Works On Public Monuments Under The Administration Of The Municipality Of Timișoara, Represent A Set Of Operations That Are Carried Out At A Public Monument, In Order To Ensure Its Stability, Appearance, Preventing Rapid Wear And Extending Its Life. These Works Can Be: • Current Maintenance: Cleaning Of Biological Deposits/Controlled Washing/Maintenance Of Plinth/Checking Of Fasteners/Application Of Protective Layer In Order To Waterproof Against Meteoric Waters/Removal Of Graffiti/Cleaning By Sandblasting Of Surfaces, Etc. • Current Repairs: Minor Cracks / Detached Elements / Plinth Restoration / Plinth Repairs / Plastering / Masonry / Painting / Polishing Etc. • Emergency Interventions: Vandalism / Theft / Degradation, Etc. According To Art. 23 Para. (2) From Law No. 422 Of July 18, 2001- Regarding The Protection Of Historical Monuments (Republicata), The Interventions Carried Out On Historical Monuments Are: A) All Research, Conservation, Construction, Expansion, Consolidation, Restructuring, Landscaping And Enhancement Works, Which Change The Substance Or Appearance Of Historical Monuments; B) Execution Of Moldings On Components Of Historical Monuments; C) The Permanent Or Temporary Placement Of Fences, Protective Constructions, Pieces Of Fixed Furniture, Billboards, Companies, Logos Or Any Kind Of Insignia On And In Historical Monuments; D) Changes In The Function Or Destination Of Historical Monuments, Including Temporary Changes; E) Displacement Of Historical Monuments; F) Layouts Of Access Roads, Pedestrian And Roadways, Ancillary Utilities, Signs, Including In The Protection Areas Of Historical Monuments. The Duration Of The Works Framework Agreement Is 4 Years. Frequency: Based On The Works Framework Agreement, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded, Estimating That They Will Be Annual Or Whenever Necessary Depending On The Needs That Arise. Following The Completion Of The Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator, With A Maximum Duration Of 4 (Four) Years, Starting From The Date Of Its Signature By Both Parties And Ending At The Expiration Of The Calendar Period Or The Exhaustion Of Its Value.
