The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Contained In The Swz, The Contract And In Accordance With: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes No. 4A And 4B To The Swz; B) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz; C) Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Task Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; D) Conditions Resulting From Applicable Technical Regulations And Construction Law; E) Requirements Resulting From Applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Related Regulations; F) Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge And Established Customs. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Purchase All Finishing Materials Necessary To Complete The Task In Question On Its Own Within The Costs Specified In This Contract.
