1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Liquid Fuels, Unleaded Gasoline Pb95 And Diesel Oil For Vehicles And Motor Equipment Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnych I Mieszkaniowej Sp. Z O.O. (Hereinafter: Pgkim). The Estimated Quantity Of Fuels That Will Be Subject To Successive Delivery Under The Order Is For: - Diesel Oil - 40,000 L - Unleaded Gasoline Pb95 - 1,100 L. The Quantities Given Are Estimated Quantities And Were Indicated For The Purposes Of The Contract Award Procedure. The Final Amount Of Fuel Delivered Will Result From The Actual Demand During The Period Of Execution Of The Delivery Order And May Increase Or Decrease By 20% In Relation To The Estimated Amounts Provided. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party In The Event Of A Reduction In The Actual Quantity Of Fuels To Be Successively Delivered Under The Order By No More Than 20%. The Ordering Party Ensures That The Minimum Deliveries Will Be In The Case Of: - Diesel Oil - 30,000 L - Unleaded Petrol Pb95 - 800 L.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has At Least One Gas Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 15 Km From The Pgkim Headquarters In Wołczyn, Ensuring The Possibility Of Refueling (Pb 95, On) From A Dispenser. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Dispensers, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Emergency Refueling.3.Terms Of Delivery, Deliveries Will Be Made: 1) In Cashless Settlement Using The Fuel (Fleet) Card System Or A Wz Document, In Quantities Appropriate To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2) At The Contractors Fuel Stations, Operating From Monday To Saturday, 3) Directly To Vehicle Fuel Tanks In The Case Of Cards Issued For The Vehicle Registration Number And Bearer Cards, 4) To Tanks Other Than Those Installed In Vehicles For Cards Issued To A Bearer Or Wz Document, 5) Successively Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4.Refueling At The Contractors Gas Station Will Be Carried Out For Vehicles Specified In The Annex To The Agreement - Which Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party Before Signing The Agreement. Refueling Into Canisters For The Purposes Of Refueling Machinery And Equipment Is Also Planned.5.Fuel (On Or Pb95, Respectively) Will Be Purchased As Part Of Each Single Delivery At The Price Of A Liter Of Fuel Expressed In Pln On The Date Of Purchase (Refueling), Indicated At The Distributor Of The Contractors Gas Station, Less The Contractors Permanent Discount Indicated In The Offer Form.6.Fuels Must Have Current Fuel Quality Certificates And Current Technical Standards For Liquid Fuels. They Must Also Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). Fuel Stations Where Refueling Will Take Place Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Condition
