1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Kitchen Rooms In A Multi-Discipline Formula And The Delivery And Assembly Of Kitchen Equipment, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To This Tor. Additionally, In Annex No. 16 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Attaches Explanations Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (The Ordering Partys Explanations To Questions From The Previous Procedure).1.2 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Works In The Following Industries: A) Construction Industry, B) Electrical Industry, C) Sanitary Industry, D) Delivery, Assembly, Connection And Commissioning Of Technological Equipment And Kitchen Appliances, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Other Procurement Documents.1.3 The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Particular Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material Used By The Contractor To Prepare The Offer. The Bills Of Quantities In Individual Industries Have Been Updated, But When Preparing The Offer Price, Annex No. 16 Should Be Included, Specifying The Bills Of Quantities (Explanations From The Ordering Party To Questions From The Previous Procedure).
