Vat As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 Construction And Assembly Works (Current Repair) In Csmp - Kardzhali Is In The Amount Of Eur 81,323.35 Not Incl. Vat; Separate Item No. 2 Construction And Installation Works (Current Repair) In Csmp - Benkovski Is In The Amount Of Eur 28,335.70 Not Incl. Vat; Separate Item No. 3 Construction And Installation Works (Current Repair) In Csmp - Fotinovo Is In The Amount Of 27,241.34 Euros, Not Incl. Vat; According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Item Does Not Exceed Eur 511,291.88 For Construction And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order.For Separate Position No. 3, Both Conditions Are Met - The Estimated Value Of The Separate Position Is Eur 27,241.34 Without Vat And The Value Of The Position Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Present Order, Which Is Why It Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.The Remaining Value Of The Order Is Eur 109,659.14 Excluding Vat.
