Household-Refuse Disposal Services – Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From The Area Of ​​The City Of Łęczyca In 2027. 1. The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender, In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act. In Matters Not Regulated By The Provisions Of This Tor, The Provisions Of The Said Act Together With The Implementing Acts To This Act Shall Apply. 2. The Contracting Authority Has Provided For The Application Of The Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act - The So-Called Reverse Procedure. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding A Contract Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act. 4. Scope Of Expected Services To Be Provided: The Orders Will Consist In Repeating The Same Services Described In The Basic Order. 5. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Value Of The Contract To Be Awarded May Amount To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. 6. Conditions Under Which The Order (Repeating Similar Services) Will Be Awarded: - In The Event Of Exhaustion Of The Amount Referred To In §3 Section 1 Of The Contract, - The Award Of The Contract Will Be Preceded By Conducting A Single-Source Procedure, After Negotiations With The Contractor, - The Unit Remuneration Rate Will Be Subject To Negotiation. The Above Orders Are Envisaged For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Order (During The Term Of The Contract Or After Its Termination) In The Event Of A Need To Extend The Scope Of Services Similar To The Subject Of The Order.
