Event Services – Organizing Candidate Program. The Candidate Program (Kp) Is A Government-Wide, Versatile And In-Depth Leadership Development Program From Dgabd. The Kp Consists Of Nine Collective Modules: A Kick-Off Meeting, Four Regular And Four Co-Creation Modules. In Addition, There Are In-Depth Personal Leadership Interventions In Subgroups And Individual Sparring And Reflection. This Tender Only Concerns The Collective Modules! The Collective Modules Cover A Total Of 25 Full Days, Including 16 Overnight Stays (One Single Day And Eight Three-Day Modules). The Time Investment For Participants Is Approximately 32 Days Within Those 1.5 Years. We Expect A Service Provider To Be Able To Organize And Support The Kp. You Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Formal Requirements, 2) Exclusion Grounds, 3) Eligibility Requirements, 4) Russia Sanctions Packages And 5) Trade Measures And Trade Restrictions. We Enter Into A Service Agreement With One Service Provider From July 1, 2027 To August 31, 2034. We Use A Bandwidth Of €410,000 To €440,000 Excluding Vat For One Kp.
