The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Launch Of An Integrated It System Supporting The Process Of Planning Teaching Classes And An Analytical And Predictive Module For Identifying The Risk Of Withdrawal From Studies (So-Called Drop-Out). The System Aims To Improve The Management Of The Teaching Process At Universities By Automating The Planning Of Class Schedules, Optimizing The Use Of Teaching Resources (Staff, Rooms, Subjects) And Introducing Student Data Analysis Mechanisms To Early Detect Threats During Studies. The Designed System Is To Provide Comprehensive Support For The Teaching Process - From Records Of Subjects, Forms Of Classes And Student Groups, Through Records Of Planned Classes And Settlement Of Teaching Load, To Analytical Functions For Monitoring Attendance, Results And Student Activity. The Predictive Module Is Intended To Support Administration And Teaching Staff In Identifying Students At Risk Of Interrupting Their Studies, Enabling The Implementation Of Preventive Measures And Individual Support. The Aim Of The Implementation Is To Increase The Effectiveness Of Teaching Management, Improve The Quality Of Education, As Well As Strengthen The Analytical Potential Of The University In The Use Of Educational Data. 2.
