The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Innovative And Comprehensive System Of Electronic Public Services In The Woźniki Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Digital Future Of The Woźniki Commune: Modern Public And Administrative Services, Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program (European Regional Development Fund), Priority Fesl.01.00 - European Funds For Smart Development, Measure Fesl.01.04 - Digitization Of Public Administration. 2. For The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Consists Of The Following Tasks: 1) Digitization Of Back-Office Processes In An Entity Providing Public Services And Smart City Elements, 2) Creation And Development Of Public E-Services, 3) Providing Data, 4) Training For Employees. 3. Detailed Technical Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 14 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Harm). Therefore, As Part Of The Proceedings, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Comply With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations, 2) Present Cards, Certificates, Declarations Confirming The Origin, Quality And Safety Of The Materials, Devices Used, Etc. 3) Segregating Waste During The Implementation Of The Task And Removing Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Waste Act And The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (If Applicable), 4) Rational Management Of Electricity, 5) Carrying Out Activities To Effectively Prevent The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Pollutants During The Implementation Of The Task, 6) Carrying Out Work During The Day. 5. The Contractor Who Invokes Technological Equivalence Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Solution Ensures At Least The Same Level Of Interoperability, Security, Business Continuity, Expandability And Data Transferability As The Reference Solution, And That The Implementation Will Not Cause Disruptions In The Ordering Partys Work. Equivalence Is Demonstrated By Submitting Appropriate Technical Descriptions, Catalog Cards, Solution Architecture, Interface Descriptions, Communication Protocols, Security Mechanisms And Other Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of Technical Requirements - Which Must Be Provided By The Contractor Along With The Offer. The Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Specific Process Indicated In The Documentation, Characterizing The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Should Be Treated As A Quality Standard, And It Should Be Assumed That In Each Case They Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
