General Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation According To The Standards Of Čkait Services For The Realization Of A New Public Space In The Brownfield Hukvaldský Dvůr, Which Is Part Of The Registered Brownfield (Under Id 1056 Named Hukvaldský Dvůr). The Output Of The Subject Project Documentation Will Be A Comprehensive Solution For The Public Space, Which Will Include Green-Blue Infrastructure, Furniture, Water Elements, Permeable Surfaces And A Proposal For Managing Rainwater Based On A Hydrogeological Assessment. The Public Space Will Be Accessible Without Restrictions And Will Meet The Conditions For A Public Space According To Ch. D14.6 Pržap. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Hydrogeological Assessment Of The Planned Area, The Aopk Cr Assessment (All According To The Conditions And Rules Of The Op St). Attention Important! The Processed Project Documentation Must Meet The Requirements In The Area Of Environmental Protection Measures And Energy Savings, Which Are Defined In The Rules For Applicants And Recipients Of Support In The Just Transformation Operational Program For The Period 2021-2027 (Hereinafter Referred To As Pržap), Specifically In Chapters: C.13 Principle Of No Significant Damage To Environmental Objectives - Principle Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) And C.14 Verification Of Climate Resistance Investments. The Currently Valid Pržap Are An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation In Annex No. 3 Of This Document. When Implementing The Subject Of This Public Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Proceed In Accordance With The Current Valid Version Of The Public Procurement Act. The Contractor Of Construction Works Will Be Selected On The Basis Of The Procurement Procedure Implemented According To The Zzvz. With Regard To This Fact, The Project Documentation Must Be Processed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Zzvz § 89, Paragraphs 5 And 6. (5) If This Is Not Justified By The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Contracting Authority May Not Favor Or Disadvantage Certain Suppliers Or Products By Establishing Technical Conditions Through A Direct Or Indirect Reference To A) Certain Suppliers Or Products, Or B) Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designation Of Origin. (6) The Contracting Authority May Use The Reference Under Paragraph 5 (A) Or (B) If The Determination Of The Technical Conditions Under Paragraph 1 Cannot Be Sufficiently Precise Or Understandable.
