In The Case Of The Following Ecp/Edx Applications And Their Components, The Winning Bidder Provides Application Operation Support To The Bidder, Including Technical Support And Advice During Incident Management: In The Case Of The Following Applications, In The Period Between The Entry Into Force Of The Contract And 31.12.2029: • Ecp-Bsp (Balancing Service Provider) • Ecp-Mapi (Mari, Picasso & Cmm Platform) In The Case Of The Following Applications, The In The Period Between 01.01.2027 And 31.12.2029: • Ecp-Emfip (European/Electricity Market Fundamental Information Platform) • Ecp-Fb Ccct (Flow Based, Core Capacity Calculation / Xbid) • Ecp-Opde/Opc/Sta • Ecp-Vp (Verification Platform) Support For The Operation Of The Applications Must Be Provided For The Above Applications And Their Components. The Client-V-Code In The Technical Description Clearly Identifies The Components Used By The Bidder. On The Part Of The Winning Bidder, It Is Necessary To Provide A Subscription-Type Service To The Bidder In Order To Support The Operation, During Which No New Result Product Is Expected. The Goal Is To Maintain The Normal Operation Of The Services And To Return To Normal Operation In The Event Of Incidents. A Budget Of 20 Hours Per Month Must Be Provided For The Provision Of Tms (Time And Material) Services Related To Operational Support.
