It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Check-In Mobile Application Pay As You Go. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Acquisition Of A Mobile Pay-As-You-Go (Mpayg) Check-In Mobile Application Suitable For Use In Various Transport Systems For Individual Journeys Of Individual Passengers Across The Given Transport Systems (Hereinafter Referred To As The Application). The Performance Also Includes Ensuring The Operation/Support Of The Application And Internal Web Application (Backoffice) For The Customer With Up-To-Date Information On Users, Trips, Transactions, Statistical Data, Including The Possibility Of Exporting Raw Data For The Selected Period. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With § 131 Et Seq. Under The Current Application Of Section 169 Of The Zzvz, The Zzvz Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Participant Whose Bid Will Be Evaluated As The Most Advantageous In The Procurement Procedure, For The Period Specified Further In The Procurement Documentation. The Awarding Of Public Contracts On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Take Place Without The Renewal Of The Competition In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Framework Agreement, According To The Current Needs And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, While The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Remove Any Minimum Volume Of Services. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Contracting Party States That Only The Contracting Party To The Framework Agreement Will Be The Contracting Party (Not Other Regions), While Assuming The Possibility Of Withdrawing The Application On The Basis Of Individual Implementation Contracts Also For Use In Other Regions In The Czech Republic. The Possibilities Of Providing The Application To Other Regions Will Also Be Subject To Negotiations With Suppliers In The Negotiation Phase.
