The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of All Municipal Waste Transferred By Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Strzegowo Commune, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Levels Of Recycling Appropriate For A Given Year, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996. On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), Guidelines Contained In Resolution No. 9/25 Of The Regional Assembly Of The Masovian Voivodeship Of February 25, 2025 On The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship 2030, Together With Annexes And The Provisions Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Area Strzegowo Communes Estimated Mass Of Waste Generated In Total In 2027-2028 (From Pszok And From Residents) - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - 3340 Mg - Segregated Waste (Collected Directly From Residents And From Pszok) - 1760 Mg The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Mixed Municipal Waste, Green Waste And Residues From Property Owners. Sorting Municipal Waste Intended For Storage, Collected From Property Owners Located In The Strzegowo Commune, Into Functioning Municipal Installations That Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Regulations Indicated In The Submitted Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Separately Collected Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners To Waste Processing Installations In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste Meeting The Requirements Of Relevant Regulations, Indicated In The Offer. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever The Content Of The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose Equivalent Equivalents In The Offer With Properties No Worse And Guaranteeing Achievement Of Parameters Not Lower Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. The Criteria Used By The Ordering Party To Assess Equivalence Are The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions Indicated Directly In The Documentation Of This Procedure.
