Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Properties On Which There Is A Summer House, Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes Located In The Kluki Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Where There Is A Summer House Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes, Located In The Kluki Commune, In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (But Not Earlier Than January 1, 2027) To 36 Months And The Equipment Of The Above-Mentioned. Real Estate In Containers And Bags Intended For Selective Collection Of Paper Waste. The Above-Mentioned Service Is To Be Provided In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of: - The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), - The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587),  Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906),  Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Journal Of Laws Of 2013 Item 122),  Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of June 16, 2009 On Occupational Health And Safety In Municipal Waste Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2009, No. 104, Item 868),  Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship For The Years 2025-2030, Including The Years 2031-2036 Adopted By Resolution No. Xvii/204/2025 Of August 26, 2025 Of The Łódź Voivodeship Assembly. As A Result Of The Signed Contract, The Contractor, For The Price Specified In The Contract, Will Provide A Service In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And From Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, From The Selective Collection Point Of Municipal Waste Delivered By Residents, As Well As On A Doorstep Collection Basis From The Property In The Spring. The Service Also Includes The Delivery Of Containers Or Bags (Paper) For Waste To All Property Owners Who Have Submitted Declarations On The Amount Of The Municipal Waste Management Fee Indicated By The Ordering Party, Equipping And Operating The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Owned By The Kluki Commune With The Necessary Containers/Containers, And Organizing Door-To-Door Collection Of Waste Placed In Front Of The Property. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, To Collect From The Property And Manage: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste; 2) Separately Collected Municipal Waste, Divided Into The Following Fractions: A) Paper, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste, B) Glass, Including Glass Packaging Waste, C) Metals, Including Metal Packaging Waste, Plastic Waste, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, And Waste
