Construction Project Management Services – Project Zagreb: Project Management. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Management Service Of The Zagreb Project (Development Of Water And Communal Infrastructure Of The Zagreb Agglomeration), Which Is Co-Financed From Eu Funds. The Project Management Service Within The Framework Of This Contract Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Spatial Planning And Construction Activities And Activities (Official Gazette 78/15 As Amended), The Construction Act (Official Gazette 155/25), Valid Regulations Relating To The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure, Regulations And Croatian Norms, Rules Of The Profession, Project Documentation, Special Requirements Of The Client Under Contracts For The Performance Of Works And The Project Terms Of Reference. The Service Includes The Activities Of The (Fidic) Engineer (For Activities 1 - 6), The Evaluation Of Bids For Other Procurement Procedures Within The Zagreb Project, And The Activities Of Managing The Bim Environment And Creating A Bim Model Of The Existing State (For Activities 5 And 6). The Project Management Service Is Carried Out In Full Compliance With The Relevant Legislation Of The Republic Of Croatia And The Eu. According To The Provisions Of The Law On Spatial Planning And Construction Activities And Activities (Official Gazette 78/15 As Amended), The Project, Due To Its Investment Value, Is Obliged To Appoint A Project Manager By The Client. The Contract For Project Management Services Includes The Following Activities: 1) Activity 1 - Management Of The Zero Zone Establishment Project Of The Water Supply System Of The City Of Zagreb 2) Activity 2 - Management Of The Reconstruction Project And Upgrade Of The Water Supply And Drainage System Group A - Expansion Of The Drainage Network In The Area Of Resnik, Sesvestka Sopnica And Popovac, Spoj Sesveta Na Cupovz 3) Activity 3 - Management Of The Reconstruction Project And Upgrade Of The Water Supply And Drainage System Group B – Reconstruction And Upgrade Of The Water Supply And Drainage System In The Area Of Sesveta 4) Activity 4 - Management Of The Reconstruction Project And Upgrade Of The Water Supply And Drainage System Group C – Construction Of The Drainage System Of The Lower Stupnik And Glavničica Agglomeration And The Upgrading And Reconstruction Of The Water Supply System In The Sesveta Area 5) Activity 5 - Project Management Of The Upgrade Of The Central Wastewater Treatment Device In The City Of Zagreb To The 3Rd Stage Of Purification For The Removal Of Nitrogen And Phosphorus 6) Activity 6 - Management Of The Project For The Improvement Of The Sludge Treatment Line At The Central Device For Wastewater Purification Of The City Of Zagreb With The Introduction Of The Th Process And Thermal Drying 7) Activity 7 - Management Of The Information And Visibility Activity A Detailed Description Of The Procurement Item Can Be Found In The Attachment To This Procurement Documentation (Further In Text: Don) Attachment 3_Project Assignment.
