Engineering Services – Engineering Services For The Heubach Flood Relief Project Including Infrastructure (Sewerage, Bus Stop, Integration Of District Heating, Road Construction). The Civil Engineering Services (Civil Engineering) Are Procured For The Project Planning And Implementation Of The Overall Project “Heubach Flood Relief Including Infrastructure” From Sia Sub-Phase 31 (Preliminary Project) To Sia Sub-Phase 53 (Commissioning, Completion). The Contract Covers The Service Areas Of Overall Management, Specialist Planning And Construction Management (General And Technical). The Overall Project Consists Of Five Sub-Projects That Are Closely Linked In Terms Of Space And Timing. These Include The Relocation And Enlargement Of The Inlet Of The Mühlebach, Including Adapting The Inlet Structure And New Construction Of A Fall Structure, The New Construction Of An Overflow Structure To Relieve Flooding Of The Mixed Sewage Collection Canal, The Obstacle-Free Expansion Of The Heubach Bus Stop, The Integration Of The Planned District Heating Pipeline And The Renewal Of The Road Surface And The Foundation Layers. The Sub-Projects Must Be Coordinated Technically, Spatially And In Terms Of Scheduling And Combined Into A Coordinated Overall Project. The Planning And Implementation Of The Overall Project Must Be Coordinated With The Schedule Of The Overarching District Heating Expansion In The Area. There Are Also Special Requirements In The Hydraulic Project Planning Of The Special Structures, Including The Examination Of The Entire System Using Cfd Simulations, As Well As The Spatial Coordination Of The Existing And Planned Work Pipelines In Tight Spaces. The Specialist Planning And Specialist Construction Management Of The District Heating Systems Are Not Part Of The Order.
