Based On Case Law (Judgment Ecli:Eu:C:2018:1034), The Municipality Is Obliged To Include A Maximum Contract Value. The Maximum Order Value Over The Entire Term Including Extension Options Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At € 3,800,000, Including Price Indexations, Excluding Vat.
