The Object Of The Procurement Is The Competence Development Services Of Supervisors And Work Communities Belonging To The Personnel Of The City Of Jyväskylä. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Division Is Not Appropriate Due To The Nature Of The Service And The Division Cannot Be Made Clear. Instead, The Pool Is Made Quite Large In Order To Secure Wide-Ranging Expertise. Services Can Be Procured Either By Human Resources Administration Or By Supervisors Of Work Units In Situations Where A Need For Development Has Been Identified. The Future Purchase Applies To All Industries And Business Establishments In The City Of Jyväskylä. The Tender Will Form A Pool Of 15 Companies/Operators, Or More, If At Least 25 Coaches Cannot Be Included. If There Are Less Than 15 Eligible Offers, All Applicable Offers Will Be Selected.
