Tenders Are Invited For Final Accounts And Further Support Corona Economic Aid

The Object And Aim Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Provision Of Various Services By The Contractor To Support The Client And In Particular Its District Governments In (1) The Review, Processing And Notification Of Applications Or Final And Final Invoices For Economic Aid In Connection With The Corona Pandemic And (2) All Other Tasks Of The Client And In Particular The District Governments That Arise As Part Of The Administration And Processing Of The Corona-Related Economic Aid Programs. In This Respect, The Typical Tasks And Services Of The Contractor Are Presented Below In Section Iv Of This Service Description, Which Will Form The Core Of The Contractors Support Services, To Which, However, The Contractors Services Are Not Limited When The Services Are Called Off, Unless The Client Has Provided For A Restriction To Certain Services In Individual Calls (Cf. Also Sections 1 And 4 Of The Framework Agreement Text And Annex 1.2 To The Framework Agreement). The Client Has Currently Commissioned Its Five District Governments As The Approval Authority With The Administration And Processing Of The Corona Economic Aid As Well As The Nrw Emergency Aid 2020 (Collectively Also Known As The “Corona-Related Economic Aid Programs”). The Contractor Provides Its Services Both For The Client And In Particular The Responsible District Government Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia As The Current Approval Authorities - In This Lot 1 Primarily For The District Governments Of Arnsberg, Düsseldorf And Münster - As Well As, If Necessary, Other Third Parties Named By The Client. As Part Of The Provision Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With All Authorities And Other Third Parties Named By The Client Who Provide Tasks And Services In Connection With Corona-Related Economic Aid Programs, If And To The Extent That The Client Requires This From The Contractor. This Applies In Particular To (1) Legal Advisors Designated By The Client, (2) Any Other Service Providers Of The Client Or The District Governments Or The Federal Republic Of Germany (Federal Government) Who Are Still Active In The Previous Approval Work From The Previous Application Phase And (3) The Service Provider(S) Who May Be Used As Part Of A Cross-Lot Project Management And Review.
