The Subject Of The Tender Is The Delivery, Assembly And Manufacture Of The Technical Systems In The Decentralized Technical Rooms Of The Construction Areas Mu2 And Mu4 In The Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne Innovation District, Of Which 6 Are In The Construction Area Mu2 And 5 In Mu4. The Houses In Each Construction Area Are Supplied Via District Heating Transfer Stations With Heating Loads Of 30 To 140 Kw As Well As Booster Heat Pumps With Thermal Outputs Of 18 To 77 Kw With Downstream Heating Water Buffer Storage For Decentralized Domestic Hot Water Preparation. The Systems Are Connected To A Heating Network With Temperatures Of 43/33 °C Flow/Return In Winter And 35/25 °C In Summer. The Scope Of Services Includes The Heat Transfer Stations, Heat Pumps, All Necessary Pipes With Insulation, Fittings, Control, Measuring And Counting Devices, Fastenings As Well As The Msr Including The Connection To The Higher-Level Building Management System With Final Testing, Commissioning And Maintenance Services.
