The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of A Private Bus Shuttle Service. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years, With The Option To Terminate The Agreement Unilaterally After The First Two (2) Years. The Assignment Includes Transporting Ministry Of Defense Employees From Teso Ferry Port Texel To The Joost Dourlein Barracks On Texel And Vice Versa, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, At Fixed Times. The Contracting Authority Wants To Use The Service On Working Days, Excluding Public Holidays. This Concerns 2 Trips Daily From Teso Ferry Port Texel To Joost Dourlein Barracks On Texel And Vice Versa. There Is An Extra Ride On The First Wednesday Of The Month. The Private Bus Transport Of Defense Employees Takes Place In Accordance With A Fixed Timetable. The Requirements That The Contracting Authority Imposes On The Contract And The Conditions Under Which It Must Be Carried Out Are Detailed In The Associated Tender Documents.
