The Subject Of This Order Is A Service - Consulting Services For The Management Of A Project: Major Repair (Reconstruction) Of Municipal Streets Located In The Town Of Etropole, Etropole Municipality, Sofia Region.By Outsourcing The Project Management And Reporting Services To An External Contractor, The Municipality Of Etropole Aims To Achieve:- Reducing The Workload Of The Administration;- Attracting A Contractor/Contractors Who Possess The Necessary Competence In The Management And Reporting/Implementation Of Projects And Specific Knowledge In This Field;- Risk Management For Timely And High-Quality Implementation And Management Of The Project, In Order For It To Be Implemented Qualitatively, Legally, Within The Approved Budget And Term, And For All Costs To Be Reimbursed To The Municipality Of Etropole;- Guaranteeing The Correct And Lawful Spending Of Funds Within The Projects And Avoiding Non-Recognition Of Expenses By The State Fund Agriculture;- Achieving The Goals And Planned Results Within The Project.The Full Scope Of The Activities And Services To Be Performed And Provided By The Contractor, As Well As The Other Activities Subject To The Order, Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Appendix To The Documentation For This Order, Which Is Published In The Cais Eop.
