The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Performance Of Construction And Installation Works At The Site Extension And Upgrade With New Technology Of The Existing Composting Plant Of The Municipalities Of Panagyurishte And Strelcha With Improvement/Modernization Of The Technology For Recycling Separately Collected Biodegradable Household Waste And Is Related To The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Activities For The Implementation Of Expansion And Upgrade With New Technology Of The Existing Composting Plant Of The Municipalities Of Panagyurishte And Strelcha, As Follows:- Preparatory Works And Temporary Construction;- Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project And Bill Of Quantities;- Activities To Put The Site Into Operation;- Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.With The Investment Intention Of The Municipality Of Panagyurishte, In Partnership With The Municipality Of Strelcha, The Capacity Of An Existing Composting Plant Will Be Expanded With 2365.71 Tons Of Biodegradable Waste Per Year And The Existing Capacity Of 2000.00 Tons Of Biodegradable Waste Per Year Will Be Upgraded With Indoor Composting Technology, Allowing The Treatment Of Food And Paper Waste, And The Result Will Be One Common Plant With Indoor Composting Technology Of Any Biodegradable Waste With Capacity 4365.71 Tons Of Biodegradable Waste Per Year.According To The Prepared Analysis For The Decision Under Art. 26, Paragraph 1, Item 11 Of The Environmental Protection Act Of The Panagyurishte Wastewater Treatment Plant, In The Panagyurishte Wastewater Treatment Plant, There Is An Aerobic Composting Facility Located On The Territory Of The Existing Panagyurishte Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste, The Capacity Of Which Is Insufficient To Receive And Treat All Biodegradable Waste Generated On The Territory Of The Municipalities Of Panagyurishte And Strelcha.The Investment Intention Of The Municipality Of Panagyurishte, In Partnership With The Municipality Of Strelcha, Aims To Upgrade The Existing Composting System At The Site Located On The Territory Of The Regional Landfill Serving The Municipalities Of Panagyurishte And Strelcha.The Upgrading And Modernization Of The Site Is Related To The Construction Of Concrete Cages Equipped With An Aeration System, A Roof Structure And Hermetically Sealed Doors For Indoor Composting, Which Will Enable The Utilization Of 100% Of Food Waste And Paper Waste.Building Permit No. 89 / 24.08.2026 Was Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of Panagyurishte Municipality.
